Making decisions and making them well in a reasonable amount of time is what separates successful entrepreneurs from failures and the mediocre.
The man who wavers in his decisions, shows that he is not sure of himself. He cannot lead others successfully.
As entrepreneurial leaders we need to be able to make high quality decisions quickly and stick by those decisions no matter the result. Knowing how hard making decisions can be challenging for any entrepreneur. The definiteness of those decisions and the spirit which those decisions are made is of paramount importance to the success of any entrepreneur.
